Just watched a site which listed out the "standard" rate for different weight exercises. The table below is bench press weight for different level gym player. My current weight is 155lbs, in terms of novice player (trained for 3-9 months) but my performance is just met un-trained level. Feeling frustrated after watching this report. 
Wonder how the report concludes such figures. I don't think a normal guy can push up 80% of his weight without training. The only explanation is the report doesn't mentioned how many repeats (single push?) and in terms of foreigner body.

Photo car is Ford WRC in a road show at Tseung Kwan O Metro City today. The showed car brand included Suzuki, Peugoet and Mitsubishi. Peugeot 107 was one of popular cars, the cause might be the small car and fuel saving factor or the attractive pricing schema which just only asked for 109K. Suzuki Swift Sport was there also. The showed car was black one which was far attractive then photo and given a cool muscle sporty feel, so wanna to get a ride.
