Thai Boxing Life

Today is my first Thai Boxing course, after a long long time of struggling. My joined boxing club is WUnique, a local Thai Boxing club and the founder is one of local champion boxer. WUnique is my first visited boxing club. No matter the decoration and environment is out of my expectation. As least not a serious man-only boxing club whelming with sweat and blood smell, but a causal and relaxing environment. Just same as the club name, fitness club and surprised that there is many female members and their punch is just likes a man, which is loud and clear. My first lesson experience is tough and serious. Likes the 20 times press up using fist, my fist is gonna be killed. Now I'm indeed experienced one of most effective fitness exercise.
